LOW Stress. Easy Experience. You will have FUN! I bought my second Subaru just the other day. I visited several other dealers in the area, and everyone was very pushy at those places. I felt like I I bought my second Subaru just the other day. I visited several other dealers in the area, and everyone was very pushy at those places. I felt like I was being trapped and coerced into making a purchase, so I bailed. I went to Subaru of Puyallup, and it was LOW LOW STRESS. I mean, the salesperson at one point even asked me if I had visited the other dealers to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Rick was super knowledgeable, funny, personable, and seemed like he really had my best interests in mind. He NEVER tried to upsell me or get me to sign up for things I didn't need. He even encouraged me to drive as many cars as I wanted as many times as I felt necessary! What's more is that Subaru makes the best cars around in their price point. I love my Legacy, and I got it at a price I wanted to pay. Seriously, I won't even go to another dealership again; I will go straight to Subaru of Puyallup and save myself the headache of the other places. More

I was never pressured and the decision of making a major purchase such as a car was left totally up to me which I sincerely appreciated. Mac was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He was also very polite in his response to my sense of humor which at times may not be worthy of a response?? Wade in finance also knew his job well and was definitely a people person. My girlfriend and I were likely responsible for the deal taking longer than it could have simply because we enjoyed chatting with him. Very happy with my new 3.6 Outback. My wife Kathy got in touch with Dave Warmack at the Puyallup dealership and over the phone worked out a fantastic deal for exactly what we wanted both in the vehicle and in the financing, They were super friendly and had the vehicle ready and waiting for us on Easter weekend when we were able to make the pickup. Underwhelmed Our experience started out good, but we ended up buying from another dealership. We found that Puyallup's inventory didn't carry a lot of Impreza 5Ds Our experience started out good, but we ended up buying from another dealership. We found that Puyallup's inventory didn't carry a lot of Impreza 5Ds or Crosstreks, especially with the Limited packages which is what we were looking for. I could see how people could have a great experience here if they were looking for something else, like an Outback. They also offered a fair price on our trade-in. The sales person, Dennis, was helpful and not pushy which we appreciated, but he also didn't seem very motivated to help us find exactly what we wanted. He couldn't seem to find what we wanted, but other dealerships were able to find it so I'm not sure why Dennis couldn't. I ended this experience with Subaru of Puyallup a little frustrated, but happy we went to Tacoma Subaru where we received great service and are very happy with our brand new Crosstrek Limited :) More
