The customer service at Honda has declined drastically to the point I had anxiety anytime I needed something on my car looked at. I am happy to say I am now a Subaru fan. The entire process of buying my new Subaru was stress free and fun. We had a vet appointment and decided to stop in and look at some cars as it was time to say goodbye to my Honda. At Subaru of Puyallup not only did they treat us well they also took great care of our dog by bringing him water and bones and petting him. Kirk (salesman) was very thorough and made sure I knew all of the cool features my car offered. The finance guy Wade was awesome as well. He was very pleasant and made sure I stayed within my budget and reaffirmed my decision to go with Subaru. I love my new car. More

I was pretty set on a budget, but didn't know exactly what I wanted or what would work best for me. As soon as I arrived Mac Canfield offered his assistance to me. He made me feel completely comfortable and was genuinely interested in finding me a car that would suit me and my budget perfectly. I never once felt pressured, hassled or rushed...definitely stress free as advertised. That day I drove home in my new 2011 Nissan Sentra and absolutely love it!!
