Joe Salerno understand his job, listen to the customer and take the time to do only his best. I dealt with Joe since 2013 and the quality of service he provides had only improved. Unfortunately, when he is not there or too busy and you have to deal with other persons is not close to the experience you expect from a major dealer like Subaru of Pembroke Pines. More

Better than expected Went there for a 6,000 miles, appointment was done easy, They promised car to be ready in 1 and 1/2 hour, Car ready in 1 hour 20 minutes. 30,000 miles service The service was done promptly, I was told by the service agent that this particular one was $500 when I got there he was in vacation and I was told th The service was done promptly, I was told by the service agent that this particular one was $500 when I got there he was in vacation and I was told that it was $638 wich no matter what is a rip off because there's a lot of check ups but the only thing they change is the differential oil rear & front and do an oil change and a cabin filter which I didn't need till 36,000 miles I present a coupon for$75 and it was a little hassle to applied to the total,Wich it came to $578 after coupon I was totally mislead and disappointed More

Fast and Courteous Took out leased 2017 Outback in for scheduled maintenance and alignment on Saturday - 10/20. Service Advisor Steve was ready to receive me even earlie Took out leased 2017 Outback in for scheduled maintenance and alignment on Saturday - 10/20. Service Advisor Steve was ready to receive me even earlier than the appointed time. He cheerfully honored a discount coupon for the alignment and directed me to their spacious, well-appointed waiting area. He kept me informed at every step of the way, and, despite the estimated 2 hour wait time, I was out in 90 minutes, including close-out with the cashier. My car was put through the wash and the tires dressed, too !!! Very pleased !!! More
