The men at this location were very helpful in aiding me in my search for a new vehicle. I changed from a Toyota Rav 4 to the Subaru Outback. I am still getting used to all of the features but I am reall in my search for a new vehicle. I changed from a Toyota Rav 4 to the Subaru Outback. The car was clearly never looked at much less cleaned prior to putting it out for sale. Even the most basic cleaning was not done. Example: French fries and trash in the trunk, what was not in the trun prior to putting it out for sale. Even the most basic cleaning was not done. Example: French fries and trash in the trunk, what was not in the trunk was the temporary spare nor the cover. The car left me stranded within 2 days of taking delivery. Dead in the universal parking lot. The positive terminal had been over tightened breaking it. The positive battery connection room was sitting loose. Something a shop would have seen if they ever opened the hood. I advised the Tpm light was on prior to delivery. I was told they added air and I “just needed to drive it”. The Tom light is still on. All in all I like the car. The dealership is either willfully ignorant or deliberately doing as little as possible. Unfortunate because aside from the issues with the dealer I would be very satisfied. My salesperson was fine, he was relaying what he was told. More
