It took over 3 hours to fix a tire. I know they had to fit in my car but that's a little ridiculous. And there is no warranty on the factory tires. I know they had to fit in my car but that's a little ridiculous. And there is no warranty on the factory tires. More

I have always loved Subaru service but have had a bad run the past few years. Although my 2007 legacy outback is there every six months at least, service missed really nasty break fluid, broke something eve the past few years. Although my 2007 legacy outback is there every six months at least, service missed really nasty break fluid, broke something every single time after the airbag was replaced-forgot to plug in emergency flashers-turn on seat belt alarm-then busted the glove box slide when I took it back. I realize they are in a hurry but the biggest thing---when it was in last week for the glove box repair I was told it had an aftermarket clamp on the radiator hose- no clue where it came from since it is only ever at Subaru except for battery replacements since they fail when Subaru is closed. Further, I was informed that the head gaskets were bad last Thursday so my husband took it to two separate independent shops for an evaluation and pressure tests and both informed him that "there is nothing wrong with this engine or head gaskets" - that cost us an additional 400$ but cheaper than the 5k quote for engine work. I am perplexed because I have followed this dealer from Cantrell toward downtown to Chenal parkway and its current location off Colonel Glenn. It seems the larger the service department gets, the worse the service. I still love Subaru and will buy a new Subaru when I replace this one but I am questioning the caliber of the service department. My husband was told that the only thing we need to do in the near future is replace the connectors to the radiator. The service people are super nice but I am unsure of their knowledge. The rating of the people I worked with is N/A because I don't know who any of those people are-literally-but your review insists that I check something so please ignore those checks for people rating because I never met them More
