After making many trips to other Subaru dealerships and after almost deciding not to purchase a new vehicle, I made a call to this dealership. When we made a final call to Howard and he transfered us to His general sales manager Louis - we were surprised how different and nice experience we had here. Very friendly, very respectful of our needs and never tried to lure us in buying something. Money part was very straightforward and hassle free. This was my second purchase from Art and Louis, a 2010 Forester in 2010, and just last week, a 2012 Outback. It took one hour from the time I walked into the dealership until I was driving out in the Out Forester in 2010, and just last week, a 2012 Outback. Subaru of Kennesaw was the best car buying experience,the people are awesome not only did I get what I wanted I also got my new 2012 Subaru Outback for the price I wanted. I had been looking for a new car for several weeks but had not explored the Subaru until I went to the dealership with my son and daughter-in-law on May 26. We were fortunate to have Chris Thompson as our had not explored the Subaru until I went to the dealership with my son and daughter-in-law on May 26. We were fortunate to have Chris Thompson as our salesman; he is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and answered many questions. He was not at all pushy with us, but made us feel that he did appreciate our business. My son did buy a new Outback that day and was assisted through the finance process by Louis Kaissieh. Louis is very thorough, quick, and made the finance part a lot more pleasant than what I have experienced at other dealers in the past. While we were there, I drove the Outback and Forester and decided that a Subaru would be a good car for me as well. After several e-mails, phone calls, and another trip to the dealership, I purchased a 2012 Limited Outback on May 31. Louis gave me a very fair trade-in price for my 10-year-old Toyota and helped me work out terms that were affordable on the new car. Both Chris and Louis made the entire process a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to buy another car from them. I have only had my Outback one day, but am enjoying it so far. I highly recommend Subaru of Kennesaw. More
