She said it was a better experience than the BMW dealership, so that says a lot. Subaru of Gainesville gave her a great vehicle at a great price, they were attentive and so nice. They even came to her attention when her car battery died in a parking lot and came right away. The dealership is very clean and an uplifting experience, so it's a no brainer to purchase a vehicle at this retailer. Subaru is a "hot" brand right now and receiving the best awards and reviews so don't think twice when pulling the trigger at Subaru of Gainesville! More

First let me say that both Steven and Rachel were so kind in their dealings with me. I can be quite talkative, either in telling stories or asking questions. They laughed at my jokes, answered my questions and were generally as cordial as a trail angel. For the sake of you, the reader, I will make this short and sweet. I had been looking for a 2014 Outback w/leather seats in the Jacksonville area for over a month. I knew getting the car at a price that I would be comfortable with was near impossible, but I wanted the 2014 stylings. By chance I began investigating every Subaru dealership from Miami to Charlotte and was fortunate to find a 2013 at Subaru of Gainesville. Steven and I initially chatted online, which eventually moved to text messaging. I made the car buyer mistake of offering up a desired monthly payment, but this did not impact my dealings with Steven. Explaining to him the monthly payment was contingent upon vehicle cost and financing rate, Steven worked to get me into a contract that made us both winners. When the conversation required it I called Steven, who was as friendly on the phone as he was in text, and as how he would be in person. I was very up front with Steven, letting him know in a polite but general way that I wanted our dealing to be one of character. I'd prefer to do this with a handshake if possible. Everything Steven sent me was without nuance, coercion or deception. When my ride from Jacksonville dropped me off, and subsequently left before the papers were signed, I had no concern that Steven would back off past statements. By the time I got into financing with Rachel the friendly atmosphere was extended, and at no point did Rachel try to convince me to buy something I said no to. She explained what I was signing and why I was signing it. We even got into some fun legal aspects of how the business works. This was a positive experience from top to bottom. Steven and Rachel represented the Subaru brand with high praise. Their character and personality will bring me back to this dealership. It's also worth noting their snacks also fit into the Subaru customer base. Clif and Kind Bars. Trail mix. Apples and oranges. And when Steven told me the coffee was the best I might ever drink, he wasn't lying. If you don't live in Gainesville it's worth the drive. More

Buying a new car was never more enjoyable! Once I decided I was interested in buying a Subaru BRZ, I filled out the "Build and Price" section of the Subaru website. From there, Ian Peebles, Sa Once I decided I was interested in buying a Subaru BRZ, I filled out the "Build and Price" section of the Subaru website. From there, Ian Peebles, Sales Consultant at Subaru of Gainesville, contacted me via email and voicemail. From his messages, I immediately felt at ease and excited about my future purchase. His warm, friendly demeanor and interest in my satisfaction as a customer along with his best offer (including an invoice to my specifications) made me take the trip to Gainesville from Clermont (a drive of over an hour and a half despite closer dealerships). During my first trip to their site, I admired the friendly staff disposition, the clean facilities, the hospitality, and the customer care. Ian worked very hard to find me the exact 2015 model that I was looking for (which meant trailering one from Mobile, AL). During the process, Ian kept in constant contact, even emailing me pictures of my vehicle as it arrived at the dealership and as it received additional accessories (such as the rear diffuser) in their shop. When I arrived to sign the final paperwork, the staff all celebrated with me and conveyed their excitement for my purchase. The financing process was quick and flawless thanks to Rachel Collins who is absolutely terrific in personality and extremely efficient at paperwork! Everyone answered all my questions throughout the process. Ian gave me a thorough tour of the options on my vehicle, posed for some fun pics with me and my new BRZ, and I was happily on my way so pleased with the car buying experience for once! I would stand 100% behind the quality level of care I received at this location. More

I was buying a used VW GTI and traded in a Ford Focus. They gave me a great deal on my trade after only one round of negotiations. Rachel secured a loan for me that had a lower APR than my existing loan! I honestly didn't even try to negotiate a lower price on the used car I was buying because it was already thousands of dollars below KBB value. The employees here were all in a great mood and this experience was not a hassle to me at all. Tim even sent me home with a baggie of dog treats for my great dane who also sat in on the whole experience! Bravo and cheers to you all! More

THEN I WENT TO GAINSVILLE STEVEN ,THE MANAGER, RACHAEL, MR WALKER IN SERVICE(NO RELATION) & EVEN OTHER SALES STAFF & THEIR CUSTOMERS WERE FRIENDLY.
