I wasted my off day driving all the way out there for bait and switch. They advertised $25 giftcard for a test drive. They waste your time at the dealership- then refuse to pay up later. When arriving at Subaru, Gene came out to meet us and talked to us about what we were looking for and immediately directed us to the exact model that met all our requests. We came within 2 seconds of walking out after Gene had done a great job getting us to the finance point. I still am not happy about that part. As I told Joe he needs to go. We have the money, but thought maybe we could finance the car for a couple years. NO, he said can't do for less than $8,000. Bought Outback on March 5th. Was given temporary tags because car was in previous owner's name. It is now April 6th and temporary tags are expired. I can't put my old tags on the car because DMV says I d because car was in previous owner's name. It is now April 6th and temporary tags are expired.
