Gene McMaon and Jeff were amazing! Gene found a 2017 Subaru Outba We wanted to trade our sedan for an SUV with all the safety features, but did not want to be burdened with a high cost. Gene found a 2017 Subaru Outback with only 14k miles (practically new) with all the feature we wanted, and with an outstanding warranty. We took a test drive and fell in love with the Outback. Road noise on I 95 was minimal, and the comfort was really great. We even drove it through soft sand (very soft). The Outback went through the sand amazingly!! Gene made us a trade in offer that was VERY attractive! We are now very proud owners of a Subaru Outback. We are thankful for the patience and customer care of Gene McMahon. We highly recommend Gene and Subaru of Daytona for honesty and good pricing. More
Not the reason I went there ! Took my 2017 Imprezza to service dept. for a radio recall. While having a cup of coffee and a donut, I thought I would just see what the new Forester Took my 2017 Imprezza to service dept. for a radio recall. While having a cup of coffee and a donut, I thought I would just see what the new Foresters looked like. My new Imprezza was terrific, but realized just a little bit tight for an old man like me. I had researched the Foresters and they were the best rated of the Suburu line. The one in the show room was much more roomy than my Imprezza, but lacked all the upgrades I had become used to. Thought I would "just take a look" at the Foresters on the lot. Not a white one anywhere to be had-none! I had to have white and it had to be the top of the line model. On my way back to the waiting area and another donut, I passed one of the salesman and asked why there were no white Foresters on the lot. He very kindly said we can get one, BUT I'm currently with a customer and if you can wait a couple of minutes until my brother returns, I think he has what you want. I said sure, no worries and got another donut! Then entered GENE MCHANON. We talked for a moment, he LISTENED to what I wanted and why. Returned in a minute with a 10,000 mile, 2018 Forester TOURING w/ TURBO. AND IT WAS WHITE!!! Simply asked me, "do you want to drive it?" About 20 minutes later, GENE was able to make me a fantastic deal trading my Imprezza on the Forester. Overwhelmingly satisfied with my second SUBURU, Subaru of Daytona and especially GENE MCHANON - he didn't try to sell me...HE JUST LISTENED and delivered. THIS WAS NOT THE REASON I WENT THERE, BUT GENE UNDERSTOOD ME AND MADE IT HAPPEN! Why would you go any place else? More

great relaxing customer service I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW USED CAR, I FOUND ONE ON LINE AND SET UP A APPOINTMENT TO LOOK AT A MINI COOPER THEY HAD THERE.
