The service dept worked me in for an oil change even without an appointment as I had to leave town for a family emergency. Though they were short-staffed in the service dept., they managed to get my car without an appointment as I had to leave town for a family emergency. There were internet issues or something with taking debit cards. River warned me, addressed the issue, and there ended up being no problems after all.
