This dealership is small and near an interstate highway with heavy traffic. It is the only Subaru dealership within an hour drive from where I live. Though small they have a lot of staff and generally se with heavy traffic. It is the only Subaru dealership within an hour drive from where I live. Though small they have a lot of staff and generally seem busy with plenty of customers. Perhaps they may be a bit too busy or are understaffed, as I've experienced issues of staff forgetting to do things they said they'd do and ordering the wrong parts, forcing me to make additional trips to the dealership. The facility was clean including the bathrooms, although I'd argue the waiting area and concession area is too close to the bathrooms for reasons that should be apparent. The concessions were very limited (bottled water/coffee and bagged chips), would like to have seen a wider variety of drinks and snacks on offer. They have tables with barstools if you want to do work on your laptop while waiting. I've not had any major mechanical work done, so I can't review the full quality of their service department beyond mostly minor work. I had a lot of cosmetic and eletrical work done on my car and the only service technician I met there in the small service bay was a short, bearded, possibly Millennial or GenZ guy whose name I don't know (he didn't say and for some reason it didn't appear on my service receipt), but he was very knowledgeable and dedicated to his work, when he discovered the part ordered by the dealership didn't seem compatible with my vehicle he asked for me to come out to the service bay where he explained/demonstrated the part ordered by the dealership was the wrong part for my vehicle and worked with me to figure out what part was supposed to be ordered. Whoever he is he deserves a pay increase because if had he just put the part on without questioning it, I would have been a very unhappy customer. He saved me and the dealership money, time, and unnecessary work. I've never been to a dealership that doesn't tell you who your service technician is, wish I knew his name so I could properly thank him. More
