I have got into arguments with hard headed lube techs on Facebook. After paying $15k two years ago to get an engine shipped across the Atlantic, I brought my car in one last time in complete desperation due to having some sensors going out and throwing the car in limp mode. I get a call saying my car is ready to be picked up. The only problem is there is a ticking noise suspected of being a spun bearing that arose somehow during this service. Abuse? Neglect? Any combination of all of the above. I'm down a colossal investment and back at square one. If you care about your vehicle, DO NOT bring it to be serviced here More

Very good experience and fair price. We bought a new 2016 Subaru Outback Limited with most all options in August, 2016. Both Todd Bolin and Richard Nixon were good with which to deal and after the issue of the V.I.P. discount was resolved. The sticker price on the car was $35,296 and we paid about $32,000 with which we were quite satisfied. The only problems we encountered were the availability of the vehicle. Apparently, the dealer can get very few of the new Outbacks at this time. A recent check of their web site showed just one available with several "in transit". It is not just a matter of walking on the lot and picking one out from several available. We waited for several weeks for the one we purchased, but hey, if they are not there, they are not there! This is not the dealer's fault, in fact, it's because the car is so good, that they can't always come up with the car that you are looking for right away. I actually kind of like that about Subaru. Anyway, my sales person went above and beyond our expectations. They ended up trading a car that they had to a dealer in K.C. to get the one that we wanted in stock. We did not have to haggle over the price at all. They lowered the price to something that we felt was completely reasonable before we even had to ask. The business office saw our loan terms and ended up getting us a better deal that we were going to get from our credit union. I have no complaints at all about this experience and will not only be back to buy from them again, but am anxiously awaiting the day that I am able to add a 2nd Subaru to my garage. I can't say enough about our Forester. It is getting better gas mileage than we expected and drives smooth as silk. The CVT leads to an amazingly smooth acceleration and optimization of fuel economy and power. I got 36.8 MPG with it the other day on a 45 mile drive at 60 MPH with it loaded to the brim with about 600 lbs of cargo. Aside from the fact that it's much more fun to drive, it's saving us well over $100 a month in fuel over our old mini-van. More

Todd helped us with our 2010 Forester purchase and answered any questions we had about past service history of the vehicle. He was very upfront about everything and offered to show us service paperwork. Todd then introduced us to the Business Manager J.R. and J.R. worked hard to get us a great interest rate and payment that we were comfortable with. This man knows what he's doing and it was a great experience working with him. Throughout the whole process I was never pressured or rushed into buying a vehicle but when I was ready to purchase they took care of me. You cannot go wrong purchasing used or new from this dealership. More
Worst dealership experience ever.. I bought a used Subaru forester and a couple weeks later found out the car they sold me, they didn't have a title for it, they had a fraudulent title.. Mean while they have me a loaner since I couldn't legally drive my car and one day the general manager called me and threatened me that I had to return their loaner.. He didnt care that his dealership screwed up with the title and that I had no car to drive, he said that was my problem not his.. A total a**.. As a single mother I didn't know what to do.. I would recommend buying a car off a local thug before this place, you will probably get better service and customer care with the thug.. More
Originally walking into the old "fletcher" dealership on Vandiver which is now part of Unviersity Subaru-Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep I was looking at a brand new car with $400.00 monthly limit. There as no way to do it with my lack of credit history since early 2000's when I acquired some debt and payed it off, with a lower mid range credit score no car would be lower than a 20-24% interest rate. Originally talking to Jordan a sharp younger man at the dealership he brought this to the attention of the owner Dave. Dave taking into the account I had just not had in history since I got scared of credit lines in the past knew he had the disposable income but needed to help me get my credit up and get my family in something better than our twice wrecked[one uninsured and one hit and run on parked] car. Luck was looking bad for us high interest rates, two wrecks with no fault with no help on repairs from insurance in 6 months flat! Dave called J.R at Subaru and got him on the ball with my specifications [4x4/AWD 21-24inch rear seats for high safety car seats to have room,$400 payments,Warranty 2 years +] regardless of how picky they were to make sure he got my family on the road and didn't leave a long time local resident hanging. WOW can you say stellar customer service! Constant contact explanations and idea came to me over the next few days. They worked diligently to get a local credit union the other dealers don't have access to to make a deal. They lowered the price of the car to meet the specifications set by the bank on the loan amount , slapped a 2 year bumper to bumpers warranty on it and got me at a 12.65% vs anywhere else 20-24%! WOW again these guys went so far out of their way to serve a local resident, If there is any dealership you would want to deal with it is them. Jordan was wise and caring enough to know this was a special situation, Dave has the years in the field to know right from wrong, treated me like his own son and educated me on how things work and why they work the way they do. He refused to let me pay high interest or impulse just to get on the road and wanted to give me the right deal. J.R, has the know how and tricks on financing and got the local credit union to work with me giving me constant updates on the working with Dave. Words can not describe how relived happy and thankful I am to that group You can tell they want to help people in anyway they possibly....with a no hassle no rush approach while having that rare local feeling that.... has well just been sucked out of most businesses for a long time these guys give the five star customer service and care feeling that could not and WAS NOT found anywhere else.. My Honda Accord of 10 years, 234,000 miles, was losing its transmission, so I knew to be looking for another vehicle. My daughter had purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback last March (not from this location), a its transmission, so I knew to be looking for another vehicle. My daughter had purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback last March (not from this location), and I enjoyed driving it. I had owned a Subaru Legacy (new) in 1998, so thought I would try again. We looked at the used ones, but the prices were nearly as high as the new. We purchased a manual transmission, which I enjoy. The ride is smooth, the seats fit my body comfortably, as well as my husband, and we have ridden with adults in the back seat, and they indicated it was quite comfortable. I like the fact that the back seats can lean back a bit, and I have used the hatchback many times. One small thing - and it did not deter me from purchasing it, but we had a hail storm a couple of months ago. It wasn't until I came to finalize the purchase that the fact it had been repaired for hail damage was made known. I was disappointed that it wasn't revealed right at the beginning. I assume that was because it was believed it would have made a difference in my purchase. Other than that, it has been a good experience. I hope it runs as long and as well as the Accord did! And I hope my name is not sold to any mailing lists because of filling this out... More
