Ethan was very friendly and helpful, he explained the issue to me, identified if the parts were available, helped to schedule mechanics and told me the estimated time to pick up my car. My 2019 Crosstrek needed a new battery so I rolled up to Subaru of Columbia, without an appointment which I was worried would be an issue, however River was able to get my Subie in without an issue and roug Subaru of Columbia, without an appointment which I was worried would be an issue, however River was able to get my Subie in without an issue and roughly an hour and $230 later I was set to go with a new battery.
