Always good service, and this time, they apparently overcharged me by about $28, which I would probably have never noticed. They called a day or 2 later and told me they had reimbursed my card. All was good, except for the “loaner” / rental car. We’re to return it full of gas. It wasn’t full when we got it. We drive it 16 miles. I shut the gas pump off at 3 gallons. I came in for an oil change and was told that a leak in my tire was "unrepairable." I had it patched at a tire store in 20 minutes. I feel like the dealership could have been honest with me and said they my tire was "unrepairable." I had it patched at a tire store in 20 minutes. I feel like the dealership could have been honest with me and said they couldn't themselves patch the tire or were uninterested in doing so, but to declare it unrepairable is, at best, a sign of incompetence, at worst a sign of dishonesty (as they offered to sell me 4 new tires). I also had to point out that I was being incorrectly charged for tire rotation (when I dropped off the car I had reminded them that it should be free since I bought the tires there.). More
