We knew what we wanted and we were comfortable with Terry. He didn't pressure us or try to sell us more car than we wanted. We found a somewhat less expensive car at another dealership that was a good Terry. He didn't pressure us or try to sell us more car than we wanted. Terry worked with us to get us in a nicer car for only a bit more and still within our comfort zone, even though very few 2012 Imprezas are still available. We have been good customers in your service department and now we can continue that relationship. I would also like to commend Emory and Dave in the service dept. for taking good care of our old Forester, may she rest in peace, and easing our transition to our new ride. More
