Hello, My name is Ziad Nashed, and I am the Dealer Principal at Subaru of Cherry Hill. I apologize for your experience not meeting your expectations. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service and we do not often run into less than satisfactory experiences with our customers. The price of $6500 for the 2002 Subaru WRX is a sale price that we believe to be fair according to the vehicle. The vehicle has normal wear-and-tear for a 2002 model and we created the price to match that. According to KBB.com, the retail price in the excellent category for our vehicle is $8000. We feel our car is $1500 less than excellent. At first you requested financing for this vehicle. With your credit being less than average, the bank would be able to approve you for $6500 at a certain rate/term...the price couldn't be less than $6500. When the we explained this to you, you were not happy with the rate/term, but that is not something that is in our control. In addition, we cannot change the total amount due for a car if you first decide to finance and then switch your decision to paying for the vehicle in cash. In scenarios like this, we try our best to be fair to both our customers and our employees. I apologize if you felt that we were being unfair, that was not our intention.
