Hi Edna, My name is Khilna Vyas, Business Development Coordinator at Subaru of Cherry Hill. I appreciate you sharing your experience. I had the opportunity to speak with the sales consultants and manager that you worked with. Their intention was never to come off as unprofessional or mislead you in any way. When you first came in, it seemed that the payment and APR was provided to you as an example without reviewing your credit. The second time you visited, the payment changed because the APR changed to what you qualified for after reviewing credit. We certainly should have been clearer on the numbers when we first met with you. If another dealership processed your credit and provided you with a certain rate, we would have seen that, but that was not included in any of the documents that we received from the credit bureau. Therefore, we had to present you with what we were able to accommodate according to the information that we had. I apologize for any inconvenience.
