Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, but I informed service of a clunking sound in the front end. They found a bad tie rod. Going the extra mile I live about an hour away from this dealer but every time I need major service I come here. Everyone is very polite and professional. The place is very comfortable, clean and plenty of dealer but every time I need major service I come here. Everyone is very polite and professional. The place is very comfortable, clean and plenty of tables where I can get some work done. The front desk people are awesome every time. I came here to have my touch-screen looked at since it went black after changing the battery. I had read that this happens sometimes when the battery is replaced. However the techs said it wasn't the battery and the cost was going to be pretty high. Matt came over and was reluctant to give me the bad news. After speaking to me about the cost he said he would try to see if Subaru could help out. He said it was hard for anyone to have this huge bill right before the holidays. Just the intention was great but 10 minutes later he comes with the amazing news that Subaru would cover most of the cost! I almost hugged the kid for his help! The other dealership where I had an oil change & the battery replaced basically told me the cost and either take it or leave it. Matt didn't have to do this yet he went the extra mile to get me some help. Sometimes people do acts of kindness and have no idea how much they can make someone feel good. Matt, thank you! Listening to music in my Forester is my therapy. It helps me forget about everything that's going on in my life. I was going to have to wait to get this done in a couple of months but you gave me the best Christmas present! Happy Holidays & God bless you kid! More
