We love our 2018 Subaru Legacy. Bar far one of the best cars we've ever had. It was needing a minor factory repair. We spoke with Jack in the service department of Subaru World of Bar far one of the best cars we've ever had. It was needing a minor factory repair. We spoke with Jack in the service department of Subaru World of Hackettstown. He scheduled an appointment that was convenient for our busy schedules. We needed a loaner for a couple of hours. (They were very busy that morning and clearly out of loaner cars.) Jack loaned us his personal demo car. The repair was fully covered under the extended warranty. It was complete in half the time Jack expected The experience of dealing with other service centers has been a nightmare at times. Jack and his team were an exceptional diversion into the meaning of "Customer Service" A phrase that too often means little today. The car is, and has been, a pleasure to drive. You can't ask for more than that. Overall this was a SIX STAR event! Thank you for caring and going the extra 2 miles. More
