In fact, we ended up buying two. Jesus the salesman was very accommodating, from showing us the inventory to test driving to going through the vehicle before leaving. Aki the sales manager is also great. He was very easy to work with when negotiating price. No hassle and no headache! When we saw a scratch on the vehicle, he was more than willing to have it fixed. Aki was present through every step of the deal. He answered all of our questions even when we were driving them crazy..LOL. Marcial the "finance guy" was also awesome. He was really really patient with us when we were figuring out the financing. He made all paperwork super easy. These were the easiest car purchases we have done! An Experience Unlike Any Other I found myself in the market for a new vehicle when I decided it was time to downgrade from my SUV. While looking for a crossover that was reliable and the most "bang for my buck", a friend recommended that I look into the Subaru Crosstrek. I decided to go in for a test drive and was greeted by Corey, who made me feel extremely comfortable in the showroom as we talked about what I was looking for in my new vehicle. We quickly went out for a test drive and within minutes of driving the Crosstrek I was amazed at how much I enjoyed the way it drove in comparison to the other vehicles I test drove within its class. It was also apparent how knowledgeable Corey was about the vehicle as he told me about all of the impressive features the Crosstrek has in its 2018 model. Within a day of my test drive, I was completely sold with this vehicle and I made the decision to proceed with the process. Luke in Finance was very personable and an absolute pleasure to work with and explained all the options I had available to me. I was able to complete all of my paperwork within my lunch break and I left an extremely happy customer. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. I've always dreaded buying cars because I was always unsure if the dealerships I was dealing with, were being honest with me and I can truly say that I didn't have to worry about that this time around.
