Finally pulled the trigger with a local dealer that gave me the price I was looking for. Discovered shortly thereafter that that dealer had been less than honest with me when answering a question I posed.Needless to say I terminated the deal at that point. I Called Stamford Subaru they verified they had the model/color car I was looking for in stock. Drove over an hour to visit the showroom and meet with Luke Corcione and Bob Fuchs. I explained my experience with the previous dealer and stated my expectations. They answered every question I had and beat the price I had received from the previous dealer! Transaction, including my trade-in was seamless and I drove out with my new car 3 days later! It was worth the drive and I would definitely go back to work with this Team again. PS..I'm note providing a rating (stars) for 'Quality of Work' because I haven't had any experience with this yet. More

Don’t be fooled by the low frills open office plan. They are some of the nicest and easiest to work with people I’ve ever met. I wanted the car I wanted at a fair price with great follow up service and that’s what I feel I got. Even one of the service people (Jose) who drove me home after my trade in broke down (!) made me feel confident this was the right place. I won’t downgrade other dealers, I live in Norwalk, so their were other choices, but hyped up offices with a chain of command aren’t my thing. I’m not buying a coffee maker, I’m buying a car and hopefully a relationship to guide me to the best choices. Diana and her floor manager were great to work with, were very transparent and open and honest and I was impressed by her patience and knowledge. I love my Forester 2018 Subaru in every way. I’ve had 20 plus years of BMW and this is a sensational car from a caring and compassionate dealership with great, no attitude, younger sales staff with dedication and understanding of the customer.
