I actually walkout of the dealership not feeling I have been robbed, I felt I was in control of my whole car buying experience. I Started looking for a new 2016 Subaru STI Limited 3 months ago. I came across Subaru Stamford while searching on the social media and reached out to Joe Mercaldo . I have already gotten several quotes and I presented this to Joe. Subaru Stamford so happen to have a STI in the color I wanted and they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Once we settle on the price is was time to meet with the Finance manager. Normally this is the part that I hate about buying a car , so I came prepared. I had already been approved for a loan through my credit union with an ok % and then I met LUKE. Luke sealed the deal, I told him not to bother selling me anything I didn't already requested and he kept his word. I did get the added SUBARU GOLD warranty because its through Subaru and they back their cars 100%. LUKE also was able to get me a better % on my loan. They have earned my business. More

Being a woman, it is always said, when shopping for a car, bring any guy with you, no matter what! Well, in my experience with the Stamford Subaru Staff, they proved this to be very far from the truth. Everyone I worked with was very cordial and professional. They took time to explain everything in detail. What changed everything……………..A friend of mine had advised me to contact Aki Stefanidis at the Stamford Subaru Dealership. Even though he works in the Used Sales department, I emailed him directly introducing myself. Aki contacted me immediately and within minutes, he got things rolling. He gathered all of the information from me and he connected me to Ted Mochlas. Ted knew right away, he can get me a better deal. I was pleasantly surprised the time he spent with me on the phone to go everything in detail and address my questions. Once I heard everything, I knew I was buying my 1st SUBARU and it’s going to be from here!! Ted then immediately connected me to Joseph Mercaldo who was also great! He arranged and picked me up from my home (not in Stamford) to get my New Car! Now, that is Class ‘A’ Service! He also was my "Techy" Gadget Guide. I would have been lost trying to figure out what each button on my new car does! LOL! But his "Cliff Notes version" was very user friendly. I actually remembered everything he walked me through and that says A Lot! Then he personally introduced me to Ted and as we started going over everything again, Ted thought I was paying to much for my car Insurance. So he immediately connected me with an Insurance agent and within minutes I got new insurance and it was Huge Savings! Talk about a “ONE STOP SHOP SERVICE”! Brad Yardis handled my financing and again, very helpful. Explained everything in detail and very patient. Last but not least, Aki Stefanidis stopped by to say Hello! I realize he's a very busy guy...but that was the Icing on the Cake! Without him, this would have never happened! Thank you for such an Amazing Experience Stamford of Subaru!
