As before, the sales staff were friendly and helpful without pressuring us to make a purchase. This time we had a slightly complicated transaction, trading in two cars and purchasing one. After a very small amount of negotiation, Aki gave us prices for our trade-ins that were in line with what I had found on KBB and also a very reasonable deal on the pre-owned car we purchased from him. Although one should obviously always do their research before buying a car, in my experience the people at this dealership have been consistently reasonable with their pricing. In addition fwiw, I have been getting my cars serviced with them for about 10 years now and have always had a good experience with them. More

Although these previous experiences were stereotypes of a visit to a car dealer (waiting a long time, having the salesperson try to steer you toward something you weren't interested in, etc.), I was instantly put at ease stepping into Stamford Subaru and talking with Jeremiah. He was laid back but knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, gave me helpful material to look over, took me on a test drive, and eventually helped me out by driving my other car home in a caravan with me. Along with Ted we got the whole thing done in just two quick visits. Glad to recommend Jeremiah and Stamford Subaru. More
