Initial sale was fine. But then they brought my car around after signing paperwork. Empty tank. Terrible detail job. Stripped screws on the license plate holder. Getting the new car at Subaru Pacific was excellent, what they forgot to explain to us was telling us there is a hidden key inside the controller itself. Yes, I got locked out with the engine running one da they forgot to explain to us was telling us there is a hidden key inside the controller itself. Yes, I got locked out with the engine running one day. lucky for us was that I left one of the rear windows down a little and our daughter, being smaller and lighter than me.... was able to lower that window and unlock the car. We could've avoided bruises on our daughter's arm just by telling us about the hidden key inside the controller. More

On 12/5/2022, I gave my car for servicing. It needed parts. I was told that it would take 2 to 3 days to get the parts but I have to prepay for the needed parts.
