The staff was very kind, but had to do a lot of back and forth with several people. Also didn’t love that when I came to get my car after it delivered they brought out the quote I didn’t sign and without th forth with several people. Initial sale was fine. But then they brought my car around after signing paperwork. Empty tank. Terrible detail job. Stripped screws on the license plate holder. Getting the new car at Subaru Pacific was excellent, what they forgot to explain to us was telling us there is a hidden key inside the controller itself. Yes, I got locked out with the engine running one da they forgot to explain to us was telling us there is a hidden key inside the controller itself. Yes, I got locked out with the engine running one day. lucky for us was that I left one of the rear windows down a little and our daughter, being smaller and lighter than me.... was able to lower that window and unlock the car. We could've avoided bruises on our daughter's arm just by telling us about the hidden key inside the controller. More
On 12/5/2022, I gave my car for servicing. It needed parts. I was told that it would take 2 to 3 days to get the parts but I have to prepay for the needed parts. Was looking for a Forrester either used or new. Subaru Pacific informed they had new 2023 that just arrived. Saw the one we like online and contacted via email for availability. The entire process was very easy and seamless, received a quote via email, drove down to the dealership to inspect the car. The representative was very helpful and no pushy sales gimmick. We were already preapproved with our CU so the entire process took under 2 hours, was in and out of the dealership with our new car. More
