Unfortunately I had to visit this dealership because the Suburu dealership in Santa Monica was out of pre-owned cars. I had a very bad experience here. The sales people that I dealt with are all out for themselves and don't care about helping or pleasing their customers. If I don't feel that someone is genuinely helping me, I don't want to purchase something from them. I will not return and hopefully find a Suburu at another dealership. More
Will never buy a car from this dealership again. I bought my first 'certified' used car here and the salesperson was so nice while showing me the cars. As soon as you sign the paperwork, you're luck I bought my first 'certified' used car here and the salesperson was so nice while showing me the cars. As soon as you sign the paperwork, you're lucky if you get them to respond again. I was able to get them to do minor things, like touch-up paint on some dings. But the tires, he lied to me and said they'd last another 30,000 miles. They only lasted another 10,000 miles. I would have factored that into my (lower) offer when negotiating. This dealership doesn't even have voicemail for all of their employees, and even when they do, they take their time calling back. I wrote a letter to the owner and never got a response. Terrible customer service. Still like Subarus, not digging the slimy used car dealer experience at this dealership. More

The staff was very kind, but had to do a lot of back and forth with several people. Also didn’t love that when I came to get my car after it delivered they brought out the quote I didn’t sign and without th forth with several people.
