Twelve hours later I drove my new Ascent Limited off the lot, The sales and financial people were very helpful without being aggressive, and there was no hard-sell of the usual add-ons (extended warranties, accessories, etc.), and more importantly, the numbers on the contract, including a generous trade in allowance, were exactly as promised. He is very patient and kind but most importantly an expert on this vehicle, he answered every question we had and allowed us to meticulously check out every inch of the vehicle. His knowledge and expertise put us at ease and afforded us the opportunity to really make the decision for purchase with NO PRESSURE! He was more like a friend not a salesperson. After we purchased the vehicle he sat in the car with us to help us input our device pairing and showed us how to access sources on the computer screen. He made sure we were very comfortable in using the no-key button start the engine and necessary items needed to have the vehicle function, correctly. After reviewing and signing the paperwork, Michael Robeles showed us everything about the car. Soon we were on our way back on the 60 mile trip back home.
