I will absolutely drive further to buy my next brand new Outback Touring XT. Dealership refuses to secure a loaner care if your service is estimated to be under 2 hours. No guarantee you will get the vehicle back in that amount of time. They also will have you come in for a repair while not in possession of the required part(s) and inform you about the issue about an hour in before apologizing and sending you home. They promise you a full tank of gas as a way to apologize but you never can get it. Lots of crappy experiences. More

I could not have been treated better than I was here at this dealership. We had been searching for a car for a while, being told by other dealerships that they had the car, having us drive over an hour to this dealership. I was starting to think that all dealerships were like this. Boy was I wrong! Allan was OUTSTANDING. He was kind and informative and up front and honest every step of the way. In fact, everyone at Subaru Orange Coast was. This car was well worth waiting for and I’m so glad we bought from them in the end.
