SHADY & UNPROFESSIONAL! ! I was quoted $489.00 for a side mirror and 1 hr. to install. 1 1/2 hrs. Later Marine (service rep.) Told me bad news "it's going to cost $1,100.00. ! I was quoted $489.00 for a side mirror and 1 hr. to install. 1 1/2 hrs. Later Marine (service rep.) Told me bad news "it's going to cost $1,100.00. WHY? they only ordered only part of the mirror. Then the part they had in stock was broken, now they have to go to San Bernardino to get the part (another hr.) Marine then told me "they got the part and are installing it" then she came & told me the good news...IT'S DONE! SHE IS GOING TO GET THE PAPERWORK TOGETHER and I will be good to go. 45 min later the information guy called my name & said he was helping Marine, she had gone out to lunch?! having to get paperwork together was B.S. it's all computers so print it. Common Curtisy would have been to hand me the bill & apologize for my 1 hour job turning into a 5 hour job. I won't be back!! More

Never in all my years of going to this location have I had a problem. Ontario will definitely get their money out of you by not being upfront about the initial cost, and for this very reason I'm Never going back to SUBARU OF ONTARIO. And I'm telling everyone about my experience of being TOLD ONE THING and having something completely different told to me after. Oh the LIES!! I must say. I do love my car for sure!! And yes I 10 outta 10 recommend buying a Subaru, but not from this location. They need to get it together More
