I bought a new forrester at this dealership, and the sales process was about what you would expect. Friendly enough when they want your money. I took it in for the 7,500 mile service, and had to wait nearly three hours. I'm pretty sure this was a basic inspection and an oil change. Quite a wait when you have an appointment. No efforts were made to let us know what was taking so long, I had to hunt down the service manager to ask. When making the appointment, I was told this would take less than an hour. Recently, at just over 10,000 miles the check engine light came on. I took my vehicle in, and finally after two hours was told it was fine, but the ECM needed updated to change some thresholds. That was Monday. Today, the light has came back on again. Obviously they didn't fix it. The service department here is totally incompetent and could care less about you or your vehicle. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. More

They were willing to negotiate some on the deal and I believe it was a fair price. Everyone else I interacted with was friendly and helpful; as pleasant an experience as car buying can be! More

Subaru Concord worked with me to achieve my goals. After 4,000 miles with a 2013 Kia Sorento I had enough with the dealership service and the Kia itself in fixing my problems. Overall great experience, which is rare these days. Horribly incompetent, my check engine light came on during a vacation in NC so I took it to the closest Subaru Dealership. Was sold an expensive--and probably unnecessary repair to my transmission and during a vacation in NC so I took it to the closest Subaru Dealership. Was sold an expensive--and probably unnecessary repair to my transmission and sent on my way to complete my trip. About an hour into the ride the engine light came back on, took it to another repair shop to find out my car had almost no engine oil in it and was also very low in Transmission fluid! Are you kidding they NEVER even checked the oil when I brought it to them with and engine light on!!!! More

The buying process with the sales manager, service manager, and the finance manager was very satisfactory. I'll be recommending this dealership to my friends.
