The tire sensor was replaced quickly. Madison was extremely helpful showing me how to reset the digital readout on my Equinox and I was back to work in a half hour. Excellent Service! More

Hello. Thank you for the review. We are truly sorry you feel this way. We would like to take the time to explain what happened so everyone is aware, since your review offered no explanation. First, we admit our service department made a small mistake. The issue you had with your service visit was our fault. And we told you that. We came and picked your vehicle up from your place of employment, both times. You never had to actually come to the dealership. We corrected our mistake immediately and the issue was resolved in 1 day. Because of this, we offered you a complimentary oil change and tire rotation valued at $80 and you declined. Instead you demanded a "inconvenience fee", which we declined. You spoke to Brock and Jesse (Jesse called you moments after you left him a message on his office phone and offered you the oil change and rotation). We did everything possible to correct and compensate for our admitted mistake. After we corrected our mistake, someone that you know or are related to started calling and texting (harassing) one of our sales staff at home after hours.... at night. I asked you, while talking to you on the phone, to make sure that this stops, as the sales person had nothing to do with the issue. In short, we made a small mistake. We corrected the mistake quickly, and also attempted to compensate you for your inconvenience. You declined, while also having someone you know (that person is a local business owner) that has one of our staffs cell number, harass him at home after hours. And now, you left an unsatisfactory review after everything was resolved quickly. There was nothing more that we could do to make you happy and this is where we left it. Again, we are truly sorry for the mistake and hope we have a chance to earn your business in the future. Thank you
