They have no clue what us going on. Total waste of out time. Drove almost an hour to drop the truck off. They didn't even put our appointment in their computer. But no clue what they even did. Because they didn't even change the glow plug that they were supposed to. Hopefully they actually did the recall on the block heater. Definitely not going back . More
