They seemed to do good work, and very friendly. It took an hour and 50 minutes to get an oil change, tire rotation (which I didn't ask for), and washed. I thought that was quite excessive! This was the first time service for this vehicle, so maybe that takes longer??? I think they forgot to wash the windows, I had to rewash them a couple days later. The mechanical work was fine, just took much longer than I allowed for. More

The buying experience was good. They held the vehicle for us until the insurance check came in. However, they never checked the cabin air filter or the engine air filter because tho They held the vehicle for us until the insurance check came in. However, they never checked the cabin air filter or the engine air filter because those were very dirty and needed to be replaced right away. Now I have to wonder if they changed the oil filter when they changed the oil. I also wonder what else they did not check. Are the brakes ok or do I need to get them inspected soon, I don't know.
