My wife and I bought a car at Stott's Ford for our granddaughter. What a pleasure dealing with a small town dealership. They treated us like we were family. Everything was fine with my new 2023 F-350 purchase to start with. They promised to install mats and they would order them. After about 3 weeks I called and my salesman wasn’t in. The parts people said th start with. They promised to install mats and they would order them. After about 3 weeks I called and my salesman wasn’t in. The parts people said they did have a set of mats, but nobody knew who they were for. They called me back a few hours later and said they had “figured out” that they were mine. At the time of purchase my salesman said he would get me paperwork to get tag. So today is 3 days before my paper tag runs out and no information. I called the dealership and the lady who was supposed to get it to me didn’t know anything about it. I asked her why she wouldn’t know, but she never gave me an answer. The salesman says it was his fault, but the mats weren’t. One other thing. He says my truck doesn’t come with an owners manual. If that’s the case, somebody should walk you through all the features. My salesman acted like I was bothering him. His exact words, “Yeah I can give you a couple of minutes.” He did give me 2 minutes. I’m learning on my own. Still don’t understand some stuff. I see there are a lot of 5 star ratings here. I was riding by and saw a truck. I knew nothing about this dealership. Seems like a friendly place, but my experience has been poor. More
