bought a bronco sport. vehicle was not at the dealership. robbie located what we wanted at another dealership and had it transfered to their dealership. jeremy filled all the paper work so all we had to do was sign. they treat their customers like they were family. no problems.
We’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with the service department at Stott Ford. What should have been a straightforward repair has dragged out for over three weeks with minimal communication from their team. The service manager has shown little to no accountability or advocacy on behalf of the customer. Instead, we were left to act as the go-between for two separate service departments and their respective managers—something that should never fall on the customer. Getting any sort of update has been a challenge. Calls to the service department often result in being left on hold for 15–30 minutes, only to receive vague or incomplete information—if we get a response at all. I even followed up with emails yesterday and have yet to hear anything back. It’s deeply disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and customer care. We expected better and unfortunately cannot recommend Stott Ford based on this experience.
My wife and I bought a car at Stott's Ford for our granddaughter. What a pleasure dealing with a small town dealership. They treated us like we were family. They were courteous, no being bounced around. We made the deal in less than 1 hour, all the paperwork done, financing and on our way. I'll go to Stott's Ford for my next vehicle. Great service, very courteous, friendly, nice people.
Everything was fine with my new 2023 F-350 purchase to start with. They promised to install mats and they would order them. After about 3 weeks I called and my salesman wasn’t in. The parts people said they did have a set of mats, but nobody knew who they were for. They called me back a few hours later and said they had “figured out” that they were mine. At the time of purchase my salesman said he would get me paperwork to get tag. So today is 3 days before my paper tag runs out and no information. I called the dealership and the lady who was supposed to get it to me didn’t know anything about it. I asked her why she wouldn’t know, but she never gave me an answer. The salesman says it was his fault, but the mats weren’t. One other thing. He says my truck doesn’t come with an owners manual. If that’s the case, somebody should walk you through all the features. My salesman acted like I was bothering him. His exact words, “Yeah I can give you a couple of minutes.” He did give me 2 minutes. I’m learning on my own. Still don’t understand some stuff. I see there are a lot of 5 star ratings here. I was riding by and saw a truck. I knew nothing about this dealership. Seems like a friendly place, but my experience has been poor.
