Dealer routine care costs are very expensive We have 2 Honda Fits and reserve this car mainly for 2-3 trips/year. It only has, 46500 miles on it so the mileage is still under warranty. We drove We have 2 Honda Fits and reserve this car mainly for 2-3 trips/year. It only has, 46500 miles on it so the mileage is still under warranty. We drove the car only 3300 miles this past year and the car runs well. We brought it in for routine annual maintenance. The service was good, although my husband waited on site for about four hours. Unfortunately the cost was too expensive; $820 for wiper blades, front brake pads and coolant/brake flush. We can't imagine the cost if there was anything actually wrong with the car. My husband is retired and I am approaching retirement and so because of their high cost for maintenance, we will have to bring this car elsewhere for its maintenance even though it is still under warranty. Through the years we have managed to service our cars at the Dealer, originally for the life of the car and later as costs continued to rise, while under warranty. We knew that the Dealer always cost more than elsewhere but the service was good and it was doable. The costs for servicing your car, not just at this Dealer, is now approaching a level that is prohibitive. It's too bad since we always liked bringing our cars to Honda but it has simply gotten way too expensive to continue doing so. To be fair, this Dealer's costs are no worse than other Honda Dealers and otherwise they were very nice and the environment is fine. More

I called to say the wrench was on but after hearing what was needed I was concerned that I wouldn't have time to wait. Adam offered to take me back to work so I could bring the van and offered to pick me back up to get it. As it was when he called he said the vehicle was about 10 minutes from being completed but he could come on and get me and it would be ready by the time we got there so I wouldn't have to wait. He was exactly right! The timing was great, and Adam was great company to and from my workplace. Honda has never let me down with excellent service in the past, and this visit was no exception - they continued their streak of excellent service. More

When the car was supposedly ready, my husband noticed the tires had NOT been rotated but when he questioned it, he was told it was done. They ended up having to pull it back in and this time they did it. I just feel very, very disappointed that we were lied to about it. Makes me not trust that future service would actually be done as requested. This was totally unprofessional and absolutely not what you would expect from Honda. More
