He makes sure I’m in and out in a timely manner and gives me a loaner car if any extensive repairs are needed. I love this dealership which is why I just bought my new 2019 Pilot (the 5th Honda I have owned) at Honda Conyers!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! More

Took a while, but great service! I was in for an oil change and new wipers. I did have an appointment. Service was so busy, my hour wait turned into 1 hour 45mins. Average I chose to get an oil change at the Honda dealership because I could make an appointment. My time is valuable so I thought this would be a good idea. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, I was told there were several people ahead of me. I asked what was the point in making an appointment?... Needless to say it took an hour and a half for the oil change. Even though I was disappointed how this situation was handled, I would like to say the the staff was professional and courteous. More
