The timeliness of the job took too long. I made my appointment for 8am to change the r/f axle seal. I was there promptly at 8am and was taken promptly. I was told that it would take 1hr and I made my appointment for 8am to change the r/f axle seal. I was there promptly at 8am and was taken promptly. I was told that it would take 1hr and 15 mins to 1 1/2 hrs. I was waiting and I went back out to the service area after about 2 hours (10am). Stewart stated that the mechanic had to do it again because it was leaking. It would be another 30 to 45. I impressed upon him that I had other plans and need to go. He insured me that he was working as fast as he could. We agreed that we wanted him to take the time to do it right. At that point if my car was ready at 10:30am or shortly thereafter I could make my appointment. But they did not have it ready until somewhere around 11:15am. I was there for over 3 hours which was twice as long as I was told. I lost the money on my Braves' tickets and being with my family because of the Honda certified mechanic was not able to do the job right the first time. I am a bit leary of the job performed. I don't think that the 20% off made up for the memories that I lost. And the Braves won their Division. I missed that ! More

I feel he has always been honest with me about my vehicles and my son's vehicle. He keeps us on track with our maintenance schedule to ensure our vehicles are operational with no worries or concerns. He is courteous, friendly and listens to my concerns. More
Superior Service I had to visit the dealership to update my GSP Navigation system and check my tires due to low pressure alert I had been receiving for my 2017 Touring I had to visit the dealership to update my GSP Navigation system and check my tires due to low pressure alert I had been receiving for my 2017 Touring. Well, the diagnose was that I had two nails in my tire and I had to purchase a tire. However, I am happy that it was found so that I would not damage my car and I would not have to be concerned that I would be helpless on the side of the highway. Stewart and technician looked at my tire and it could not be patched. I trust their recommendation to purchase a tire instead of trying to patch it up. In addition, Thang assisted me with updating my GPS system. He was friendly, responsive and ensured that everything was updated properly. More

Whenever I come to get my car service if he is busy helping another customer I will patiently wait because he will acknowledge me by my name. Now that very impressive to me because this is someone you only see once every 3 to 4 months. How many service part department center can you go to and be acknowledged by your name from your Advisor. I'm always in and out without even making an appointment for services. He also inform me of what services that I need to have done so that I can stay on track with my vehicle services. Thanks Honda for hiring someone with excellent integrity in your service department means a lot to me as a customer. Keep up the outstanding work/service that you provide from Honda!!!!! More

I'm big on customer service I truly read thru my invoice and I like it to spell things out for me, bottom line, tires were not rotated and fluids were not topped off, it makes I truly read thru my invoice and I like it to spell things out for me, bottom line, tires were not rotated and fluids were not topped off, it makes me wonder if oil and filter were truly changed. Invoice says I refused tire balance , well I was never asked, back in the day your service person would explain to you what was needed, what they found, etc ...I got nothing, disappointing More
