Happy CR-V Owner dropped car off for 1st oil change (three years free by the way) with my new 2018 purchase. Organized--I like this Service Dept I compare this service dept for my Honda to my other service dept that services my Toyota van. Wish I had a Honda van, because the Toyota dealership I compare this service dept for my Honda to my other service dept that services my Toyota van. Wish I had a Honda van, because the Toyota dealership is filled with self important "service advisors" who know next to nothing, are disorganized, and act like they hate the very customers who come in. That being said, it seems to be universal that if you give a dealership a phone number to call once they are finished with your vehicle, they don't call to let you know, or if they do it is the end of the day. I waited for quite some time, finally called, and it turns out it had been done for quite some time. All dealerships need to think about that, because most have to get a ride back to the dealership. The assigned person needs to call the customer. More
