Had a 1 o’clock appointment on september 14 for a recall from Honda. At 6 o’clock they drove me home because the work was not done. The next day I had not heard back about status so I called an text to get from Honda. At 6 o’clock they drove me home because the work was not done. The next day I had not heard back about status so I called an text to get update, the service tech stated it was still not done because they were having problems with the software program. I told them I had to have my car back. They said that they did not have loaners. So I said I am coming to get my car, stop the work. So I have my CRV back problem not fixed a lot of time wasted . Very unhappy. More

2 hours and 15 min wait time, with appointment, for an oil change, is not reasonable. In fact it is rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate on all levels. What is the point of making an appointment if appoi oil change, is not reasonable. In fact it is rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate on all levels. What is the point of making an appointment if appointments are not considered a reserved spot? That is misleading. Service attendant did not seem at the very least concerned with how ridiculously long it took. It is obvious this is the way it is, which is wrong. I will not be back. More
