This dealership is scamming people, and when called on it they are unprofessional and hostile to the point of removing people from the dealership by force. read below for more details. Me and my wife boug they are unprofessional and hostile to the point of removing people from the dealership by force. read below for more details. Me and my wife bought a new Honda CRV from Stone Mountain Honda. I didn't realize they are not Carry Paul anymore that should have been my first hint..., and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon reviewing the paperwork a few weeks after our purchase, I noticed a $1,895 charge for a protection plan. We had not received any documentation about this plan during the buying process, and I hadn't noticed the charge at the time of purchase. Despite declining additional services offered by the finance department, I assumed we were not subjected to any extras. When I contacted the dealership for clarification, They informed me that the protection plan included window tinting, a window coating, paint protection, door trim guards, and wheel locks. While I did receive the wheel locks, none of the other services were actually installed before I took possession of the vehicle. I visited the dealership to address this issue and spoke with Sales Manager Kel Edwards. He offered to install the missed items, but since I had never wanted the window tinting or other services, I requested a different resolution. Kel stated that there was nothing more he could do and literally walked away. This was just the beginning of the unprofessional-ism. Frustrated, I approached another manager in the sales area, while Kel said not for me to enter (watch me buddy...) This led to an encounter with General Manager Adrian Bryant. When I explained that I felt scammed because the services billed were not performed, Adrian dismissed my concerns as an error on their part. Sure from your perspective... from mine you scammed me. He suggested that the car had been discounted by approximately $1,800, which he believed covered the missing protection package. I disagreed, as the discount was negotiated against the car’s MSRP, not the protection package. Adrian's demeanor became increasingly unprofessional. He accused me of trying to extract money or upgrades and told me to leave if I didn’t want the services performed. I surely don't want you or anyone associated with you touching my car at this point. When I requested the names of all employees involved, Avery refused and suggested I have my lawyers contact him. As tensions escalated, he threatened to call the police to have me removed from the premises. Ultimately, I decided to leave. In conclusion, my experience with Stone Mountain Honda was deeply unsatisfactory due to what I perceive as deceptive practices and a lack of professionalism. I hope this review helps others avoid this dealership. More
If I could give zero I would for this dealership and the whole Honda service department. No accountability for their defective car. No empathy for clients that don’t have transportation due to their faulty whole Honda service department. No accountability for their defective car. No empathy for clients that don’t have transportation due to their faulty vehicle. And no chance I will ever buy a from this or any location in the future. Do not get suckered in by false advertising on their reliability and service. More
The dealership was not willing to negotiate -- their "excuse" was that they just lowered the price of the vehicle $300 same week. They were also not honest about price - price of vehicle kept changing "excuse" was that they just lowered the price of the vehicle $300 same week. They were also not honest about price - price of vehicle kept changing by all the add-ons, and extremely high "document fee", which is pure profit to dealership. Finance was never available by phone, kept making "errors" on contract (not sure if it was intentional or not), and wouldn't directly answer questions about warranties or other details and kept warranty prices hidden. Will be canceling the warranties next week. Car was not ready when they said it would be, and was only minimally vacuumed and outside washed - seats and interior were never cleaned or wiped down. Salesman was friendly, but had limited influence to manager. Dealership is under new ownership with new staff. Would not recommend. More
DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE PLAN! !! IT’S A FRAUD!!! Finance guy, Floyd, told me a 10 month/60K mile service plan would cost about $15 a month. Never told me The total cost. And when !! IT’S A FRAUD!!! Finance guy, Floyd, told me a 10 month/60K mile service plan would cost about $15 a month. Never told me The total cost. And when I signed my contract, I didn’t sign the paper contract. I signed a tablet so people don’t really Scroll up and down to see the whole contract especially when they’re being told they’re signing one thing and an actuality they’re signing something completely different. A couple of days after I got my paper contract, I decided to look at it and noticed I had a $3000 charge for my service contract. When I did the math, $15 times 72 months equals $1080 so I immediately called back to find out what was going on. Miraculously I could not get in contact with anyone. I was avoided for two whole days until I had to actually go into the dealership and cancel that fraudulent contract. No one gave me an explanation for charging me three times what I was told. I will never do business with this fraudulent company again. Nothing but scam orders. after reading some of the reviews, this seems to be a common practice in the used car business. I believe the finance guys get compensated for selling them. This should be illegal!! More

GM said that it would be in the mail in about a week and rhe fabricating sales rep named Tony Henry told us to come get the check. We get there and they said the controller is out so they can't give it to us.. I would not recommend their customer service to anybody. More
