I made an appointment but still waited over a hour before my car was even taken in. That day I was leaving to go out of town and the service department delayed my trip. I was not a walk-in. We have two Honda vehicles, both purchased from Stokes Honda and both have ONLY been serviced by Stokes Honda. Since I have been servicing my vehicles at Stokes for many years, I am comfortable with the recomendations that Jack Nathans gives me on my service visits, he has always been honest, up front, and informative in all areas of his work. The professionalism is truely an attribute that sets his service above all the others. When calling for service, I only ask for Jack and now my family and friends ask for him when they call for service on their vehicles. For over 30 years, I have only driven Honda's because they are such a great built vehicle and serves my needs well, the great service attention that I have had from Jack only makes my experiences more positive. I've known Jack Nathans for years.I've purchased 4 Hondas from Stokes over the years.I had to change the oil last Friday the 13th. for my wifes 2009 CRV.i had to return Monday for an oil leak. It was a good experience. I was offered the tire rotation. I wish I knew that it was not included in the price for the oil change. So, I ended up spending more money than I planned. I have two things of concern about my car buying experience. The first is I traded in my Honda Mini-van, which is here in Greenwood with me, and no one has yet to contact me about it to date. I am in limbo about what to do with it as it is almost now Stokes Honda. (Possession is 9/10ths of the law, yet you own it.) In short, no one has made arrangements to come get it. I am beginning to feel very uncomfortable about this. Contact me to come get it or give it back to me and I'll donate it. I want it out of my yard. Time is of the essence. The view out of the back window is very, very dizzying!!! When I drive at night, the lights from the cars behind me look like a 'visual Doppler effect' shining through. I did not notice this odd visual effect because when I test drove the Civic, it was light out. I saw that the windows were treated with something called AQUAGEL. I am hoping this treatment is what caused the otherwise clear view. I'll be in Charleston this weekend so hopefully you can look at it then. This is my third Honda from Stokes, two Civics and an Odysessy . Your vehicles have never let me down. I am hoping to have an awesome ownership experience with number three. The gentleman who sold me this Civic, Tony Ward, went above and beyond in two aspects. The first is Mr. Tony Ward was so patient with me when I did my test driving. I rode back behind the dealership to my old neighborhood chatting his poor ear off. He was kind while I reminisced about my old stomping grounds. It has been about eight years since I left and a lot had changed. God bless him. The second is I really needed him to change his plans for the evening, I bought my car on a Saturday night, so he could assist me in returning the rental car I used that weekend. He said he had plans, but I told him I couldn't possibly drive two cars. So he drove a Stokes car to the rental place, I followed, then he gave me a ride back to Stokes to pick up my car. Good man, Tony Honda has a great reputation and I look forward to reaping the benefits of it. Now if someone would just come and get the mini-van. Sincerely, Barbara Frost More
