I waited for 30 minutes to be greeted. I had an appointment at 11:30 and was told that I was late when I was there, I was just waiting for someone to check me in. I was told the noise my car was making was because my brakes pads were on backwards. My son told me that is NOT possible with new cars. I was told that it would be $47 just to look at my car. I was told that I would hear within two hours what the problem was because they were "backed up!" I called four hours later to check progress and still had no answers. I called four and one half hours later and asked for the manager. I explained my experience thus far and he promised to check into it and call me right back. I came to retrieve my car because I gave on Stokes. When I pulled into the parking lot, Raymond called to say that they could not reproduce the sound my car was making and that it was aftermarket brake pads most likely. I never heard from the service manager. It was the worst service I've ever received from any Honda dealer. More
