Past experiences you normally sign a document before running. and the salesman lost my keys and we drove home on second only to find out he had keys we were low on gas asked what l they could do to help us was told sorry nothing. They wasted my time and money by not informing me in advance. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this dealership. I would strongly advise against dealing with them. I took my vehicle in for a standard service (non air conditioner related) and my AC did not blow cold when i got my truck back. This is the 3 time this exact same thing has happened.
