My wife and I had a great experience with them this past Saturday. We stopped in for a used vehicle about an hour before they closed and found that the vehicle was actually at another lot. The salesman asked if we were interested in a new one and we looked at a few. Even with us getting there late, they pushed through all of the paperwork and approval process and we drove away with a new 2025 Expedition Max Active. Great service and dedication to customer service. After we left and got home, we realized that we had forgotten something in the trade in and I called our salesman that night around 8:30PM, he called his manager and they drove back to the dealership, retrieved our item and brought it to our house that same night. This is what great customer service looks like. I have purchased about 3 or 4 vehicles from them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. This type of experience is what makes customers return. We are very thankful for their professionalism. Thank you Stokes Hodges Ford.
Honestly had nothing but hassle with them and they dont honor that 3 month warranty. Still waiting for a manager to call me since two sales associates I worked with im told is no longer there. Jennifer in service area said it was under warranty but couldn't do anything until the car salesman approves it. Never heard of such. Just bought the F250 super duty in mid August 2025. Im a local Google reviewer so I will review more places until a manager calls me. Ive left numerous emails and voicemails.
Don’t buy a vehicle from this dealership. I was told three weeks ago that the vehicle I was interested in was sold. Only to find out three weeks later the vehicle was available, but the price had went up $4500. I tried calling multiple times before I was actually able to speak with the manager, Josh. He Told me that the prices changed based on demand and would not honor the price that was originally listed. Poor integrity and customer service. Stay away from this shady dealership that is only out to make the most off of you that they can.
Do not purchase a vehicle from here. I purchaced a truck in March of 2023. It was a 2017 ford f150 lariat fx4 fully loaded. With Eccoboost 50,000 miles. I knew nothing of this engine, but it had a sound when you first start the vehicle. I was told it was normal. I have had it serviced there for oil change as needed. Other than oil changes they have replaced the water pump, valve cover gaskets, valve covers, rear main seal. All this time never saying anything about the sound. Then a couple weeks ago they said that I needed a new cam setup becouse it was bad. We'll the sound has been there since I bought it and was told that it was OK to sound that way. As they were fixing that they suggested spark plugs and fuel system cleaner. The man ADAM helping me was the only thing good, he himself was the BEST. Also they found the the seal on the rear axel at the yoke way bad and had to replace bearing in the rear axle. Also when I purchased the vehicle it was dirty after doing all the paper and wrote a check for the full price out the door. I asked them to clean it up. When I came back to get the vehicle, we found the the vehicle had been wrecked on the passenger side. It had a 1/2 in by 1/16th gash from the finder to the back fender. Someone had tried to fill it in with what looked like paint clay to hide it. There response was oh well. In my opinion this is the most dishonest place to purchase or service a vehicle.......... Well I'm back again. The team reached out to me as you can see by the response below. I tried to contact them and no one has returned my calls. Also I am back in for repairs, it looks to be wile ford changing my oil found that the oil pan might need replacing. The service people at the desk again ARE AMAZING. This has to.do with the quality of the lemon that i was sold the lack of contact from the dealer side. The absolute worst place to purchase a vehicle. It is sad that i have always owned fords but Stoke hodges ford it making me want to switch. Very disappointed and ashamed.
I will never bring my vehicle back here again! I brought it in because my check engine light keeps turning on, my a/c not working right- it worked everywhere except for the drivers side- that side blew warm air( It would sometimes work, but not always), and my rear brakes needed to be done. They fixed my check engine light by turning it off- (Said that it was a Ford issue even though everytime I asked about it- I got a different story). They replaced the brakes (hopefully this was done correctly) and my a/c well that went to complete crap. They told me that they needed to replace the txv- which they did. Then they evacuated the refrigerant from my vehicle and found that there is a blockage somewhere (they think). They now want me to pay over $1800 to replace my compressor. I brought my car in with the A/C cooling, and now it doesn't!! I asked my service advisor, Noah, if my a/c was going to at least work the same as when I brought it in, and was told yes!! Yeah, it doesn't. I brought my car in on a Tuesday and they kept it until Saturday even though my paperwork work said they promised it back same day. I feel completely taken advantage of and I feel because I am a woman- this happened even more so. We were in the market to buy a new car (replacing a different one) and guess where we will not be getting a car from!!!! Any of the Stoke Hodges dealerships!! Don't take your car here for service!! Especially if you are a woman!!!!!!! They essentially charged me over $900 to fix my rear brakes!!! They charged me for the txv (nothing was wrong with the original one btw) and had the nerve to say that they were not charging me for the labor to replace it!! Never again!!!
Horrible communication for 3 weeks, misleading information by salespeople. I bought the car, paid cash , and they still gave it because they did not get it serviced and prepared for sale. Horrible experience. A situation where one hand does not know what the other hand has said or is doing. I will never go back except to pick up my car if they ever get finished with servicing. Awful experience.
