Words are hard to find to describe the incompetence I encountered after I had purchased my 2023 Hyundai Tuscon. You would think, when handed a cashiers check which amounted to more than 10000 dollars tha encountered after I had purchased my 2023 Hyundai Tuscon. You would think, when handed a cashiers check which amounted to more than 10000 dollars that they would handle it with care and not the cavalierness one might have for a piece of junk mail. One would expect that. Yet, somehow these fools managed to misplace the check. You have read correct. These idiots LOST a 12000 cashiers check for the down payment of my vehicle. When I was contacted about THEIR mistake, I went through all the proper channels with my bank to get another cashiers check reissued at the behest of Matt Tucker in finance, whom I can only assume is the one responsible for misplacing my check. After 90 days, I drove back out there and delivered the check, and all I asked was that they rotate my tires and change my oil. A very simple thing to ask for, one might hope. EXCEPT THEY SOMEHOW EITHER MESSED IT UP DUE TO INCOMPETENCE OR THEY DELIBERATELY DIDNT CHANGE MY OIL AND JUST REPLACED THE STICKER TO DECEIVE ME INTO THINKING THEY DID! My cars oil in its current state does not reflect what it should after an oil change less than 3k miles ago. This dealership is possibly the worst, most recklessly incompetent idiots I I couldve ever had the displeasure of buying my car from. I was under no obligation to get that check reissued, I did it out of the goodness of my heart. Boy was that a mistake. I also somehow forgot to mention that TOM GREENE in sales and MATT TUCKER messed up my initial documentation by miswriting the finance company on the paperwork I signed, so I had to drive out there a week after getting my car to resign the proper paperwork, because, again, TOM and MATT are idiots. They mustve been very slippery babies. This was my first time purchasing a car, and from what Ive been told and seen from other people, my experience was uniquely plagued by incompetence from both sales, finance, and service. Truly a remarkably terrible dealership. More
They gave me a fair price on a Chevy Silverado 2500, they gave me a fair price for my trade-in. Got me a better interest rate in SCFCU was offering me. My sales gal Sam did a fantastic job. I bought a car and found out they could not get the title si I had to turn it in. They offered me a 2015 RAM truck. You’ll Think Everything Would Go Easy If You Already Pre-Approved Well At Dick Smith Chevrolet That Is NOT the case. I Was Pre-Approved By Global Lending Services (GLS). I Made That Aware When I First Spoke To Greg. He insisted That His Manager Said He Sure That I Can Get Approved From Somewhere Else. Me Knowing How Stressful It Was For Me To Get Approved I Said I Would Like To Stick To My Finance Company. Hours After I Gave Him My Information I Heard NOTHING Back. He Said He Was With Another Customer Which Was Fine. When We Spoke Again He Mentioned He Cant Do Financing With GLS Because They Would Charge A $800 Fee. Then Mentioned They Made A Mistake On The Sale Price. As He Was Explaining This He Mentioned About Rising The Price. Moments Later We Agreed To Raise The Price By 800. He Then Call Us Back And Say They Can’t Do That It Would Be Illegal. Remind You He Was The One That Gave Us That Idea. So I Finally Gave In And Let Them Run My Credit ONLY 3 Times. I Pacifically Asked Him Not To Run My Credit From Capital One, Westlake, Ally. 3 More Hours Goes By I Haven’t Heard From ANYONE. I Get An Alert From My Credit Report That Capital One Pulled My Credit File So Now I Have To Dispute An Inquiry. Score Dropped 11 Points With No CarAnd More Inquiries. Remind You I Still Haven’t Heard From Anyone At The Dealership UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, Dishonest. Will Be Contacting Corporate And District Manager Unacceptable!! More
Bought a SUV here, end of July ‘16 Staff very professional & ended up buying a extended warranty which is good through 5 year’s or 100 K . We actually used it after 3 year’s no issues what so ev professional & ended up buying a extended warranty which is good through 5 year’s or 100 K . We actually used it after 3 year’s no issues what so ever. The sales manage was very easy to work with & even help out with tires. The old one’s were not in bad shape but I pointed out they were dry rotted & he so he agreed it should have been caught. First time on their lot & we drove one of their vehicles home. Nice People nice experience.. They even were nice enough to take Us up to the gas station & put $40 buck in the tank. Thanks Guy’s Will Buy from in the Future ! More
