sales floor demeanor my salesman was mike couch, he was patient, friendly and helpful. I am no shrinking violet and can handle myself so when I say someone was condescending, rude and a misogynist, you better know, I was mad. I was called by chevy on the phone and they said they would have monte call me, of course, that was last week, still waiting. also, I was sent to the voice mail of I believe, maynard, left 2 phone numbers over a month ago, still waiting on that call. I will use your service center but I would not buy another car there. just rude. I am 70 and a veteran and do not take kindly to disrespect. you asked, there it is. More

Problem car I purchased a used 2014 Impala, 31,000 miles, my wife a 14 Malibu, my kid a 2015 Cruz, my friend a 14 Malibu. From one salesman. All except the Cruz h I purchased a used 2014 Impala, 31,000 miles, my wife a 14 Malibu, my kid a 2015 Cruz, my friend a 14 Malibu. From one salesman. All except the Cruz have various quality issues. The Impala is garbage, engine, vehicle codes, break system/stabilitrack issues haunt me.Dealer fixed all Cam sensors under warranty. They can't find other issues unless I pay more for service. And it was on the lift being checked. I've been robbed by them, stay away from here, customer service and loyalty is a joke. I called the salesman for help/advice, no reply at all from him. Take your business somewhere else, try Toyota, better quality and staff. More
Taking advantage of young people I was contacted to help a young guy that is here working out of town and out of his state. He went in to have his truck repaired and it could not be d I was contacted to help a young guy that is here working out of town and out of his state. He went in to have his truck repaired and it could not be done and ended up being talked into buying a truck with a payment of $700. I feel and he feels that he has been taken advantage of he tried to get out of the deal the very next day and they told him not so. He put over $3,000 down and just wants to get his money back and bring the truck back. Again he is a young guy 21 years old and is not in his own state, does not have family here and he is just been taken advantage of by a Salesman at this dealership. More
