I drove an hour to view a car at this dealership on a Saturday, Sunday we go back and forth (via email & text) and agree to the price. I agree to buy at 5pm Sunday with the plan to complete the paperwork Saturday, Sunday we go back and forth (via email & text) and agree to the price. I agree to buy at 5pm Sunday with the plan to complete the paperwork and pick it up Monday at noon. I literally sent my drivers license and insurance paperwork at 9am Monday morning per their request. At 11:30am they call me and said the car had been SOLD- to someone else?? EXCUSE me, what? No apology, no explanation, just hey can we show you something in another color?? Um, no, I specifically traveled an hour for this exact car (color - interior and exterior). In 25+ years of buying cars- I've never had such a crappy experience, and I genuinely have never felt good after a car buying experience but this one takes the cake. I can only assume they had sold the car Saturday or Sunday and just planned to try and push me onto something else. Do not trust the sales team, they either lie or they are the most incompetent group of folks I've ever met. More
Very slow for an oil change and tire rotation. Almost 2 hours with an appointment. Then when complete, I was told that I would have to pay a partial payment next time even though I have an oil change and tire rotation package I purchased when the car was bought and have never had an issue before, have had it since 2019. Called the package company and they told me the dealership was wrong and that everything the still covered 100%. There always seems to be an issue when I get my oil changes there with the oil change package. Thank goodness I only have 5 more coupons to use and then I never have to go there again. More

Bought my car and this is where I get my car serviced. I wish that the individuals that write up your car for service new just as much as the ones fixing the car. Not just go off of mileage and what the c I wish that the individuals that write up your car for service new just as much as the ones fixing the car. Not just go off of mileage and what the computer prompts to be done and it becomes a major expense. More
