I’m extremely disappointed with the service department at Stivers Ford of Birmingham. I brought in my brand-new Bronco for a towing receiver hitch installation, and afterward, I discovered that their mechani Stivers Ford of Birmingham. I brought in my brand-new Bronco for a towing receiver hitch installation, and afterward, I discovered that their mechanic had broken several of the plastic clips holding the rear interior trim in the cargo area. To make matters worse, I witnessed the mechanic driving my vehicle aggressively across their parking lot—completely unacceptable behavior for a vehicle I purchased brand new from them. Adding insult to injury, I’ve purchased two new Broncos from this dealership, yet the service department has failed to follow up or address the issue of the broken clips after I reported it to them. As a loyal customer, I expected far better care, professionalism, and accountability. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. More

Two hours for an oil change with an appointment. And a for the complimentary car wash.l they had for some reason opened my rear window. So they had to clean up the water inside the car. Then when I left the car was driving really strange. Called, I was transferred from quicklane to the service department where nobody answered. I called quicklane back again numerous times and nobody answered. Then left a voicemail and nobody called me back. I have lost all trust with this service department. We will not be coming back. More
