Not knowing what I would receive, I commend Danielle for not only getting the job done but being honest with, delivering timely feedback, and ensuring I was satisfied with my results. Jackson, Eddie and several other Stiver’s Ford staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help us in an emergency situation on Saturday, 2/8/25. Several staff members stayed several hours past closing t above and beyond the call of duty to help us in an emergency situation on Saturday, 2/8/25. Several staff members stayed several hours past closing time to assist us in purchasing a new F250 after our F150 truck with 351,000 miles and with boat in tow, finally broke down on I-65 at I-20 interchange. Poor communication. When I called to check on the vehicle, which I had to do several times,all I heard was how busy they were. Was told I needed tires at check in and that two tires were bad. I asked for a quote. I asked about tires when I called back and was told it was not on the repair order. However, the multi point inspection on the RO said that tires were within spec. Several other issues occurred that I would like to speak with the service manager about. More
