My service at Adamson Ford I had my2016 Ford Focus serviced 1/19/18 at Adamson Ford. As soon as I pulled in, I greeted by a friendly agent. I told him I wanted "the works," oil I had my2016 Ford Focus serviced 1/19/18 at Adamson Ford. As soon as I pulled in, I greeted by a friendly agent. I told him I wanted "the works," oil change, tire rotation and fluids topped off. While in the waiting room, another very friendly agent told me I was due for wheel alignment. I agreed to add that as well. My entire wait time was approximately one hour, which was fantastic! I am very satisfied with my experience at Adamson and highly recommend them. Was sold a wrecked vehicle ,was lied to many times. Was sold a 2014 Toyota Avalon from Adamson Ford Downtown Birmingham. I was never shown the carfax but was told it was clean. Upon checking the VIN.# I Was sold a 2014 Toyota Avalon from Adamson Ford Downtown Birmingham. I was never shown the carfax but was told it was clean. Upon checking the VIN.# I discovered the vehicle had been in an accident in June 16, 2015 in Calhoun county. The driver of this vehicle had crossed over into opposite lane of traffic and collided with another vehicle. They wanted me to start the buying process all over again including appraising the Toyota which appraise for much less than than I paid for the vehicle. I didn't get the help from the dealership as I told I would get. They have been in business for over a hundred by treating customers right or by cheating them, they knew the vehicle had been in an accident and refused to addmitt it I just wanted what what was right. I have contacted three attorneys they all tell me I have a case because in the State of Alabama it's against the law to sell a consumer a car that has bee involved in an automobile collision with another vehicle. Please don't believe anything they tell you read other reviews not by actors but real people who were done a great harm to .I was lied too. I don't think that the owner would like that. I will continue too use social media Fox 6 news has schedule an interview with me. I am a veteran and s retired deputy sheriff and I can't let until I get my message out. More

I walked out of this dealership with just what I wanted with the terms I requested. The sales man Was very nice and down to earth. He told the finance person just what I wanted and the guy in finance worked for me to find an awesome deal. Both of these guys came in on their day off to make sure I was taken care of. I left that place with keys in my hand for my son and a smile on my face. I got an awesome deal through which is very affordable monthly and not high in finance charges.
