Poor Service Department Put in a warranty request prior to 36k miles. Took nearly two months of my continued calls to the dealer checking on the status of the repair. After multiple visits and pictures taken the warranty work was approved. Set up an appointment where a service consultant was to make the repairs. He failed to notify me that I would need to leave my vehicle and would I need to pay for my own rental car. I had to pick up my vehicle as no rental was scheduled and was too late in the day to do so. Once Thanksgiving holidays were over, the original consultant left the dealership. I left two messages to another consultant to return my call to fix this issue and never received a call. Luckily I got in touch with the individual and he told me I needed to speak with someones else in the department. I left multiple messages for him to call me and never received a call. Finally got in touch with the service manager and he said the claim had expired and nothing he could do. I expressed my dissatisfaction in his service department and called Ford to open a new case. I received a new case number and again called the service department. Service manager was hostile on the phone and said he would answer the case and would recommend me visiting another dealership and hung up on me without getting the case number. Very unprofessional service department and extremely lacks communication. More
